Living in Flagstaff, AZ while attending NAU has its perks! During the late summer months in Flagstaff, the beautiful yellow wildflowers are in bloom. With the San Francisco Peaks and pine trees surrounding this sea of yellow flowers is a spectacular sight to see. Whether you want to take in the scenery or have a photoshoot, this location never fails to impress me! I am very fortunate to have the best roommates as they are always down to go on adventures and have fun photoshoots.
Since the pandemic, we have had to get creative and find safe alternatives that would allow us to still make the most of our college experience. One weekend we decided to drive over to Shultz Field and have a fun photoshoot in the flowers just before sunset. I would highly recommend going here during golden hour because the warm lighting with the combination of the golden flowers is magical. This fun-filled shoot was filled with laughter and we created amazing memories that I will cherish forever.
